Where is Agence Saulire and how do I get there?
The Saulire agency is located at 100 Chemin des Bleuets in Méribel Mottaret.
You can go to the agency to collect the keys and complete the formalities for your stay.
WhAT HAPPENS IF ARRIVE AFTER OPENING HOURS?
On Saturday, we are opened until 7pm.
In case of late arrival, you must absolutely contact the Agency by phone. We will then explain you how to get the keys of your apartment.
PLEASE NOTE that you always have to come to 100 chemin des Bluets to pick up your keys and to contact us to get the security box code.
When do I have to pay for my stay?
If you book more than one month before your arrival, a deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of your stay. For bookings made less than one month before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
What methods of payment are accepted?
You can pay online via our secure system using your bank card (excluding American Express) or by bank transfer.
What happens if I cancel my holiday?
All cancellations must be notified in writing as soon as possible, either by post or by e-mail. Consult our cancellation conditions here. The deposit will not be refunded, and charges will depend on the date of cancellation.
What is the policy regarding pets in the accommodation?
Pets may be allowed in some properties, subject to prior approval. Please contact us for further information and possible additional costs.
